The shared event of these two important organizations will be held at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. The conference theme is “A Loss of Place: Preserving Climate Narratives, Cultural Identity, and Marginalized Voices through Audiovisual Media.” This theme focusing on how climate change transforms landscapes and challenges cultural identities is a concern also shared by Digital Bedrock.
